taking one build a week Book a 10-min call
Custom automation · built for one business at a time

The enquiries arrive while you're working. That's the whole problem.

You answer the phone, quote the job, do the job, and somewhere in there reply to the emails. The ones you get to late are the ones that went to someone else. I build one custom assistant per business that answers the moment an enquiry lands, asks the questions you'd have asked anyway, and hands you a sorted list of real jobs.

$750 once · ready in 7 days · you own the code · ~$10/month to run
How it works

Three steps. No agency, no onboarding process.

Step 1 · 10 minutes

We talk

You tell me what people ask you all day and where the time actually goes. I tell you straight whether automating it is worth your money — including when it isn't.

Step 2 · 7 days

I build it

Me, personally. Not a team, not an account manager, not offshore. You see a working version before you pay anything.

Step 3 · yours

You own it

The code is handed over to you outright, with a page explaining how to run it. No subscription to me. No lock-in.

What it actually does

Built around your job, not a template.

Price

One price. Told to you before the call.

$750
one time · not a retainer · not a subscription
If it isn't working by day 7, you don't pay. Not a discount, not a partial refund — you don't pay. I'd rather carry that risk than ask you to.

Why me

One person who has actually shipped this kind of thing.

I'm a software engineer. I work alone on purpose — the person you talk to is the person who writes it and the person who fixes it if it breaks. Some of what I've built:

Client work · live

A coaching platform in 5 languages

Client discovery, dashboards, generated program PDFs, payments and error monitoring — built and shipped solo for a paying client.

Client work · live

argefabrika.com

A media agency's website and content system, built so their team edits everything themselves without touching code.

Product · Windows

An offline menu & signage app

A desktop tool a café runs on one machine with no internet and no server behind it. Built for a real venue, not a demo.

My own platform

A multi-agent build system

The AI platform I use to build faster than one person normally can — 4,000+ automated tests, safety checks, and a full audit trail on every action it takes.

Straight answers

The questions people actually ask me.

Will my customers know they're talking to a machine?

They'll know it's an automated first reply, because it says so. It won't impersonate you or pretend to be a person — that's the fastest way to lose someone's trust. What it does is acknowledge them properly and gather details, so when you reply you're already useful.

What if it goes wrong after you hand it over?

You have my email and I answer it. Small fixes to something I built, I sort out. Bigger changes or new features get quoted per job so you always know the number before I start. If you'd rather not think about it at all, the $99/month care plan covers it — but most people don't need it and I'll tell you if you're one of them.

Why $750 when agencies quote thousands?

Because there's one of me and no overhead to cover — no sales team, no account manager, no office. You're paying for the build, not the building it's built in. It's also a deliberately low number for a first job with someone new.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can describe what people ask you all day, that's the whole input. I handle the rest, and the handover page is written for a person who has never opened a terminal.

What's the $10 a month for?

A small server to keep it running — you pay that provider directly, not me, so you're never locked to me for access to your own system. That's the entire ongoing cost.

What if I decide it isn't worth it?

Then say so on the call and we're done — I'd rather tell you honestly that automating your situation isn't worth $750 than take the money. If we do build it and it isn't working by day 7, you don't pay.

Next step

Ten minutes, and you'll know if it's worth doing.

No slides, no pitch deck. You describe what eats your time, I tell you whether I can fix it and what it would cost. If the answer is no, I'll say no.

Or reply to my email with two times that suit you and I'll work around them. I'm in Turkey, so early mornings and late evenings my time are normal — your timezone isn't a problem.
